Extension until July 31, 2024
The Tax Department informs that the Tax Withholding and Contributions Statement (TF 7) can be submitted until July 31, 2024, without the imposition of an Administrative Penalty. After this date, the charges provided by law will be imposed.
The Tax Department informs that the submission of the Individual Income Statement 2023 has started through the TaxisNet system at https://taxisnet.mof.gov.cy.
Based on the Decree of the Council of Ministers (KDP 184/20223), the obligation to submit an Individual Income Statement for the year 2023 applies to:
The last date for the timely submission of the Individual Income Statement 2023 and payment of the owed tax is July 31, 2024.
